Why is Yeshua So Important To Us?

Many people don't know who Messiah really is. Many think he was just a man, or his name was Jesus. Check out this article regarding his name He's not Zues's Son!

But he is the image of Yahweh(YHVH) Out of the mouth of Two witnesses shall a matter be decided; so two references I give!
  1. "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Messiah, who is the image of Elohim, should shine unto them." 2 Corinthians 4:4
  2. "Who is the image of the invisible Elohim, the firstborn of every creature:" Colossians 1:15
But the other critical factor is found in John 1:1-4
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim. The same was in the beginning with Elohim. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

This is foundation if you can understand it. Yeshua is the word that Yahwah spoke when creation took place. He was the word that was given to Moses to write down. He was the one who gave it, because the father has no physical form. Jacob wrestled with Yeshua, and then Moses saw Yeshua preincarnet and then received the Torah from him.

There is no difference from Yeshua who is at the right hand of the father, and the written word of a Torah scroll. If word have power and Yahweh spoke everything into existence through Yeshua shortly after creating him. Then all are the same.

Give a whole new meaning and understanding why Yeshua couldn't do away with anything in Torah because he is Torah.

"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."Matthew 5:17-18

Years ago (about 8 years I believe) I have a Rabbi In New Jersey point out to me some basic in Judaism. One that stuck with me was that there is thought process that is common in Judaism; to abolish or destroy the Torah or the prophets or any portion of the writings was to misinterpret it. Where is on the other hand to fulfill something was to properly interpret something. This even makes more sense in the light of Christians who say is done away with. Note in the Hebrew translation of Matthew it says a jot is the letter Yod and a tittle is the top part of the letters in Hebrew that is referred to as the crown it is the pointy ones. Sorry for all the technical talk.

Then there is the verse 19 of Matthew 5 "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." Here Messiah is again clarifying things and gives a warning all at once.

Remember when you say any portion of Torah from Genesis to Revelation or in between is done away with, then you are doing away with Messiah Yeshua!

Yah's Blessings and Shalom,
James E. Auel
