Why does Torah say don't?

I sitting and thinking about a child mind set. How many times do parents tell their kids to don't do that or don't do that?
We are told in Torah to don't do something why.  Well the very nature of our Creator is for his purpose he asks us not to do something. With that understanding it becomes clear to us that everything should be about him.
He open will say don't do that because I tell you. Yet we are so childish and so whatever and do it.
Example. A man should touch a woman he's not married to, "Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman." 1 Corinthians 7:1

Why not, why can't I just touch every woman I want. It doesn't see fair....(rants of childish person).

We must all be careful you're not being childish in your choices....
